We stayed there for 3 nights with a friend... Our experience was simply PEFECT : localisation, room, garden, sunset view, kindness of the staff... It's a 10/10 ! Special note for the food quality : during our 3 week stay in South Africa, it was, by far, the best meals we ever had ! We will definitely come back to Ashbourne for our next trip to Kruger :)

A beautiful property which was very well maintained. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very authentic. The staff were attentive and friendly, nothing was a problem. The meals for breakfast & dinner at the cafe were exceptional. The hotel booked our Kruger Safari with a guide called Africa who was just the best.

The place is spacious, clean and it is easy to get to a Kruger Gate from there. Our host was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location right on the Sabie River. We stayed in a River Chalet, which directly overlooks the river allowing you to bird watch right from your room - it was so peaceful. The pools and playground areas for children are wonderful, and there is lots of open space for them to run and play. The grounds and chalets are spotless! This was our second stay here (which we extended, again) and we will definitely be back. A wonderful, wonderful place!

everything was better than expected, we spent one night in February and loved it so much that we came back at the end of March. I would advice to book the tents rather than the cabin because it’s even better !!
