L'hôtel Xalet Bringué est situé dans le village d'El Serrat, au coeur des Pyrénées andorranes. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

L'Hotel & SPA Bringué est situé dans le village d'El Serrat, en Andorre, à seulement 5 km de la station de ski de Vallnord. La connexion Wi-Fi est gratuite. Views are amazing! Staff incredible! And from someone doing a Europe trip and staying in some hotels through south France and so on, this was the cleanest hotel! You enter the room and you see the attention to detail, you smell the clean room and you just feel happy to have chosen this hotel over any other!

Cet hôtel idéal pour les familles se niche au cœur du paysage splendide et paisible d'Ordino. Il offre des vues spectaculaires sur un environnement pittoresque. Le cadre est magnifique ! le personnel est vraiment très serviable et très gentil, ils maîtrisent plutôt bien le français. Les chambres sont très propres et la vue est exceptionnelle.
