Located on the banks of the beautiful Ovens River, guests at Merrimeet Cottages enjoy lovely views from private patios. Bright town centre is less than 5 minutes’ drive away. We loved how this cottage backed onto the river, was surrounded by trees and just beautiful views in every direction. Super cosy, we played games by the fire in the evenings, was everything we were after in a winter's getaway.

We stayed here while biking the Victorian Rail Trail Looked exactly like the photos. Room was comfortable with heated bed pad. Hot and high pressure shower. Good sized kitchen which unfortunately we didn't have time to use We would stay longer if we went back again I'd also recommend Cafe 41 for breakfast.
