Guests can pamper themselves at the spa centre including facilities such as sauna, steam bath, Turkish hammam and massage. We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Bed linen is featured. The location is probably the best possible. The host is very generous and nice person. The staff helpful and nice. The food is the standard of great local food. I was very grateful that in a peak season the host let us sign out later that day and that was free of charge. I would definitely recommend the place and stay every time when visiting Melnik!!
