Nestled amongst the natural and lush greenery of the rainforests near the border between Malaysia and Brunei, Mulu Marriott Resort is located on Melinau Paku River in Miri. The resort boasts a large fitness centre, pool and a sauna. It is 20 minutes from the Mulu Airport by car. Just exceptional! The staff were delightful, and although we're not really Christmas people, they went out of their way to make it a very memorable one. The location is idyllic and utterly relaxing, as was simply sitting with a glass of wine on an open terrace listening to the incredible soundtrack of the rain forest. Great information, support, and service to and from the National Park. It's a long way from where we call home, but how we would love to go again..

We loved everything especially the pool which was beautiful and clean nice and big and a perfect for the hot weather. Dining including breakfast was excellent and very well priced. Beds were large and comfortable there was plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms.
