With departures on Mondays and Fridays, Grand Amazon Expedition offers a different lodging experience where guests can explore the beauty of Solimões and Negro rivers, as well as the local culture of... THIS IS A CRUISE NOT A HOTEL BOAT!!! I wish they would be more clear about his, took me a little while to confirm. This is a wonderful cruise on the Amazon (aka Solimões - this is what Amazon is called in this part of Brazil) and Rio Negro rivers. Friday to Monday is Amazon river, Monday to Friday is Rio Negro cruise, you can book either or both. They have several activities every day - boat trips, jungle walks, etc. Tons of food available from about 6am to 11p. And they now have satellite internet service through Starlink. It's kinda pricey but it's a wonderful experience with attentive crew, great food, and amazing views. All rooms have balconies. The shower is very spacious (and big enough for 2 people). Several power outlets in the room.

Just a block from Manaus historic centre and Amazonas Theatre, features a gym, coffee shop and convenience store. Its restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast, and Wi-Fi is free. Comfy, quiet, lovely breakfast, excellent value for the money

Hotel Farol da Barra is located in Manaus. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a minibar. There is also a dining table. Friendly staff, bedroom was clean and modern, nice location by the center (well at night still dubious but that is another issue)

Da Vinci is located in Manaus’ trendy district of Adianopolis, only a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Stylish rooms with stone finishes. Walking distance to the supermarket and a large shopping mall. Breakfast included. I had an excellent soup at the restaurant.
