Built in the 14th and 15th centuries, the prestigious Guildhall Rueden is a successful example of the architecture of this time. The refined façade allows you to forget the 21st century. the hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Somebody had thought ahead what a customer wanted and provided excellent service plus extra features that have not been in other hotels. I could list these as they do not show up in Booking.com's list of features but that would make it too easy for other hotels to copy. The staff, including room staff, were aware of, and addressed, my needs even before I was aware I needed assistance to make the stay extra pleasant.
