Overall a wonderful experience.

Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. They are equipped with LCD Satellite TV and a work desk. Some rooms also feature a coffee and tea machine and have landscape views. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! When I booked a room at the Lodge, I was planning to check-in and then spend the day at the hot springs nearby but the volcano and lake view at the location was so stunningly beautiful that I could find no reason to leave. Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

Staff super helpful, they arranged laundry service, helped with taxi to the airport. About 15 min walk into town. Recommend Quintal bar and restaurant for casual meals and beers - turn R out the hotel and walk 2 mins!
