Hotel Costaustralis in Puerto Natales is the ideal choice from which to know the many attractions of Patagonia and Torres del Paine National Park. Location was great, down by the water. The room was very cozy and clean. It was quiet and a comfortable place the stay. The hotel was beautiful. The included breakfast was pretty good.

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
