The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago is located on Apoquindo Avenue, near many corporate offices and a few blocks from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping malls. The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

We are in the middle of 3 great neighborhoods, each at 10 min walking distance: Bellavista (nightlife), Lastarria (gastronomy) and Barrio Italia (Antiques and design). Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. The hosts were very accommodating and the accommodation has a great vibe.

The hotel itself is amazing…the decor throughout is really beautiful - modern and fresh but still with a classical feel. Our room was fantastic - very spacious and light and very well appointed throughout. The food in the hotel was excellent - the breakfast was fabulous and the food and drinks in the rooftop bar were also great. The rooftop bar has a great vibe - we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view and the great relaxing environment. The hotel is without a doubt spectacular - truly 5 star - but it’s their incredible people that really take it to the next level. Just to mention a few amazing team members - Agustin and Randi on the front desk, Matias, Edward, Fernando, Sebastian and Pedro in the restaurants, and Gabriel and Felipe on the door…but every staff member was friendly, personable, and incredibly helpful. Customer service overall at the hotel was exceptional.
