The hotel was Christmasy and cozy!! Breakfast was delicious! We are definitely going back!!!

Located in the traditional village of Kakopetria, Maritsa Lodge features a garden and offers traditionally decorated accommodation with beamed ceilings and a fireplace. This hotel is located in a historic building, which really added to the character of the room. Sure the walls aren't even, and the bathroom door was a bit funky, but I loved it anyway! It is located right in the old part of Kakopetria, and there was a free parking within easy reach. I also loved how quiet and serene it was at night, as you can look right over the ravine that Kakopetria is situated over. Also the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, and they made sure our room had two beds instead of one.

We liked the old, traditional renovated house which was made of stone and wood giving the feeling of coziness. It was also clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the best part of our stay, was the pretty fireplace which you could light up with the wood given.

Nestled in the Marathasa Valley, on the slopes of Troodos Mountains, Casale Panayiotis is a complex of traditional houses which combine modern luxuries with traditional style. Lovely set up of a hotel in this beautiful and picturesque village of Cyprus. Incredible views, great atmosphere surrounded by nature. Great walks along restaurants, cafes, wine bars and historic places. The breakfast had a good variety and the honey they provide is the best! We will definitely recommend it and visit again.
