The staff was wonderful! The room was really big, there was everything that could be needed including the hotel power bank with an iPhone and C-type charging possibility. They have breakfast on the menu and you can order as much as you can eat - that was so delicious!!! I was surprised by how good could be the hotels :) Thank you for that amazing time when we stayed there!!!

Highly recommended! The house is full of history, something interesting to see in each corner. The hosts are the most polite and hospitable people we have ever met. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. We also highly recommend the breakfast - delicious, fresh, various. Right in the historical center, but still easy to find and accessible. Parking place in front of the house and also nearby. One can hardly imagine a better place to stay in Fussen.

The apartment isn't big but modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We had a good sleep :) The location is nice and calm and there is grocery shop located downstairs.

Set in a historic building that was a hotel for emperors in former centuries, Hotel Goldenes Kreuz is centrally located in Regensburg. WE DROVE DOWN THE ONE CLOSER TO THE RED CAR!! 😂👍 ARRIVAL ADVENTURE: We abandoned our car a few alleys away because we were trapped. Somehow we managed to drive our SUV rental down a lane that was surely meant for 2 bicycles to take turns leading the way. The kind owner, who had already stayed late to check us in, said she had been trying to reach us to warn us of the Google Map vehicle mouse trap! Too distracted, we had missed them and had only booked an hour earlier. She showed us our room, grabbed the hotel keys and said, “Let’s go. I will help you’. Back down the narrow lanes, in the dark and the cold, she looked over the car. Went to front to measure by taking large steps and counting. ‘Yes’, she said ‘I think you can make it’. My husband and I looked at each other and said okay then…. Going back would be equally as difficult. And then 2 women brilliantly directed an already frazzled man to victory with a half inch to spare on both sides!! We parked our vehicle in the back hotel courtyard. It was then we realized that the PARKING REALLY WAS SO SIMPLE!!! Easy in and easy out, if you go the right way!! Ah, the adventure of it all…. What a wonderful woman the owner is. The hotel itself was everything promised and then some. Complimentary water and coffee in the room. Breakfast included until 11:30am!!! In the most beautiful area in the heart of it all. A TREASURE!
