Our visit to Luxor coincided with our wedding anniversary and the Steigenberger made us feel very special by upgrading our room. They even left a special surprise in our room with a “Happy Anniversary” sign and handmade love-heart on our bed!! So special. It seemed that the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was eggsellent (!!) and the poolside bar service T sunset was perfect. I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.
