The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski Cairo is a 5-star hotel that offers luxury accommodations in the center of Cairo. Everything! The location is perfect near the malls and airport. The spa is fantastic and the pool is wonderful. The rooms are huge and very clean. The staff is amazing, very attentive and proactive.

The location is perfect, the hotel staff is super friendly and attentive! The rooms are big and very clean. I checked out of the hotel and forgot a significant amount of money in the safety deposit box. I contacted the property and they were able to locate the money, the staff is honest and I really appreciate them being able to help with the situation. Honestly any other hotel would’ve taken the money, but The Four Seasons showed me honestly and loyalty to their clients. THANK YOU!
