The elevator was out of service when we arrived at the hotel, but the receptionist helped us a lot by carrying our baggage to the room directly. And the elevator was quickly repaired the same day. The hotel itself had a very nice and classy interior design. Plus we were kindly offered a free bottle of water and cava. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the metro station, and it’s very convenient to go to the train station or Sagrada Familia. Large and cozy room with a specially designed shower. Breakfast was super great. Staff were really nice and helpful.
