Nestled on a stunning white sandy beach in the heart of the Yaskawa Islands, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort offers the perfect island escape with beachfront dining, a vibrant bar, and a unique Japanese... Blue Lagoon is the best resort we stayed at on our Fiji trip. It is located on Nacula island, just on the beach and there is a large house reef just in front of the resort perfect for snorkling. We stayed in a yurt with a glass top and it was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was very large with 2 sinks and a shower in the open air. Full board meal plan is mandatory and it is fabulous. You can choose between standard restaurant and Japanese restaurant for lunch and dinner. Standard one has a la cart menu while Japanese offers 10 course meal for dinner. The food is delicious in both of them. The resort has 2 pools which are great if you want to relax if the weather is not good or water cold. The reef is nice, lots of nice corals and fish in different corals. The staff is exceptional especially the music band. The girl who sings can really sing. If possible, try to book accommodation for the weekend, there is a Fiji night then, with lots of Fijian cuisine food and traditional dance performed by the staff. Welcome and farewell songs also sang by the staff are really nice touch.

It was homely and comfortable whilst still giving the chance to experience real village life on the island and live how the families do there.

Located in the secluded Yasawa Islands, the eco-friendly Barefoot Manta Island Resort Resort is ideally situated for swimming, diving and snorkeling, as all bungalows are set on the beach. Loved the beachfront glamping tent family bure with private outdoor shower/bathroom and ceiling fans for cooling. Relaxed barefoot vibe applied everywhere including dining for all meals either outside under shade trees on sand or in airy covered room. Food was delicious, mostly buffet style. Staff all friendly & helpful. Set up special candle lit dinner for birthday. Dive shop offered fantastic trips; highlight was with the marine biologists removing Crown of Thorns from the reef. Amazing snorkelling from different beaches offering different experiences; five days wasn't enough to see it all. No vehicles and wifi only in main dining area was liberating. Sunset Bar on the beach was very special place to enjoy reasonably priced cocktail of the day.
