We had a beautiful view of the glacier from our terrace, and it's located a block away from the chaos of the main street, so it feels more peaceful. This is the second time we have stayed here, which is probably recommendation enough! As before the couple who run it were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread, croissants and home made jams. We were in a downstairs bedroom this time and had no problem with the internet. The shower was fine. There was a kettle in the room. The accommodation is within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. This time we had managed to get a booking at Le Raisin just 5 mins walk away and in the Michelin guide. Access from the motorway is easy. We were heading south on our way to Italy and filled up with cheap petrol the evening before when we had come off the motorway.
