This is an excellent property, furnished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard, with so many small details to provide the most comfortable stay possible. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible amount of choice. The hosts were extremely welcoming and professional and their service was highly attentive. I would highly recommend this property.

Situated within a 19-minute walk of Camber Castle, Jeakes House in Rye features a number of amenities including a shared lounge and a bar. This 5-star adult only bed and breakfast offers free WiFi. Location was great. Building had a lot of character and the decor was in keeping with the old building, I loved it. Staff were very helpful. Place was very clean. Handy to have extra milk for tea at the bar. The home made granola for breakfast was amazing. Please make sure to try it. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again and was sad to leave. I really felt at home here. I highly recommend. ....furthermore, the rumours are true...the Aitken suite is haunted by Aitken's ghost. He made us feel very welcome :)

The owners and staff at Haydens were extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped me with my taxi booking to Chapel Down, and kept my bags when I arrived prior to check in time. The breakfast every morning was delicious, and the location is perfectly situated to explore Rye from! It’s a short walk to all the shops and train station.
