Built by a visionary architect in 1925, Portmeirion Village & Castell Deudraeth overlooks the beautiful Dywryd Estaury. Located just south of the coastal village of Porthmadog on a private peninsula, the hotel offers a spa and wellness centre, an on-site mini market, a bar and a restaurant. everything ws purely superb ; room was huge and very tidy, the bath room was located in the dungeon that was breathtaking at first sight , we had a dinning experience with the gourmet menu 6 courses with selected wines ! the breakfast was from highest quality also

Situated within Snowdonia National Park, Aberdunant Hall is a 17th-century property set within 200-acres of woodland on an idyllic upmarket Holiday Home Park. With free onsite parking, it retains many original features, such as beamed ceilings, fireplaces and stained glass. Guests can relax in the garden or on the terrace. The facility is well manicured the plants all trimmed back and super healthy. Great paths and trails to explore. The staff was more than accommodating and, the food served in the restaurant was well prepared and served nice and hot!

Sensitively refurbished, Tynycornel is a solid, traditional building, rich in original character and traditional charm. The en suite rooms have splendid lakeside or garden views and guests can also stay in the adjacent accommodation, converted from old farm buildings. All rooms have TVs, telephones and tea/coffee making facilities. We go there every trip to Wales and love it. The view, the food, the room, location, ... we just love it.

Harlich is a little shy of places to eat, however the best pies in the UK are found at Byrdir House.. Ask about the three minute flat walk to one of the most amazing views on the planet 🥰

Located in Dolgellau and with Portmeirion reachable within 38 km, Y Meirionnydd Boutique Hotel provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. Built in 19th century, this 5-star hotel is within 41 km of Lake Vyrnwy and 26 km of Castell y Bere. Location was in the center of the little town. We had a beautiful room with an exquisite view (and a lovely bathroom) facing the town square. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very courteous and helpful. We loved everything about this hotel.
