The room had the most amazing view and ambience.Plus, the breakfast had everything you could have asked for and in great quality. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a balcony or patio. It is located in a picturesque town square with a tavern nearby. Room was super clean and beds were comfortable. Their restaurant is also very good with a variety of excellent fresh Greek dishes. I will definitely book again. Thank you!

Built of stone, Bastione Malvasia Hotel is situated in the medieval castle of Monemvasia, just 300 metres from the gate. Combining modern and traditional elements, its accommodation provides Aegean Sea views. Everything was near perfect. The apartment sits inside an old vaulted building, with a quaint terrace. It’s tasteful, spacious, and comfortable. The location is iconic, the breakfast is the best we’ve had in Greece so far; and the staff is a rather discrete but efficient.

The rooms and property are very clean and the location is perfect with an amazing view over the port/town and sea but still close enough to walk in to town.

It features an outdoor pool, Aegean Sea views and elegant accommodation according to the local architecture. A real gem, great place for vacation with beautiful places to visit within a short drive. Theresa, the owner, and Sofi were very helpful and gave good recommendations on places to visit and restaurants. Excellent breakfast

Owner was the friendliest old man I’ve met!

Outstanding food, outstanding welcome, outstanding service, outstanding attention to detail, over and above anything a 5* hotel could ever offer because it comes from the heart. WHAT an experience! We miss them already …
