The staff immediately upgraded our room with no additional cost whereas booking didn’t even reply to my customer’s service message!! Really unprofessional compared to the hotel’s manager.

The hotel is famous for hosting events (weddings, parties, etc.) and was busy during our stay. The hotel is very close to the public lanchas for crossing the lake. The restaurant and wifi were excellent.

We had a beautiful stay here, our room was in the garden, which was so lovely and quiet. The Spa is a real treat with the waterfall and sauna and the staff were all so helpful and lovely. I would definitely return!
