The restaurant for dinner and atmosphere of the restaurant and house is cozy and great quality of food. Wifi was great. walkable distance to the plitvice entrance 1 about 600 m, we can leave the luggage after check out. Breakfast is small buffet but home made and good with the cost 13 euros.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. We stayed overnight here because we were visiting Plitvice National Park the next day. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Entrance 2 to the park. Also within walking distance to a couple of restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety. We were able to leave our cars at the Villa for free while we visited the park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

It was very well organized and the host made us feel welcome; we enjoyed the ability to have dinner on site and the food was delicious!

We were the first guests this season (middle of May) so everything was very quiet and we could rest any time. Lilly the host is a very helpful person. She made our breakfast with lots of option. National Park is only few minutes drive. Shops (Tommy Market, Kik, Tedi, petrol station) are appr. 10 minutes drive to the other direction. We will be back.

The location was perfect—close to charming local restaurants, which one was recommended and we LOVED it! Very close to entrance 2 of the Plitvice national park, the stay was perfect after a long day of hiking, and peaceful to relax and unwind after. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the personal touch from the host. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was fantastic and very filling! Highly recommend adding this on! If you're looking for an authentic Croatian experience in a cozy, comfortable setting, look no further. We can’t recommend this guest house enough!! Don’t hesitate to book a stay, only regret is we wished we could have stayed a week. Thank you!

The guesthouse is very clean, modern, and in a great location. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept very well. The owner was incredibly kind, he waited for us even though we arrived late at night, gave us helpful tips about the area, and even drove us to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and generous, prepared by a lovely woman who was both kind and polite. We were really happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place.”
