I actually don't know where to start first: - The overall super friendly, warm and helping staff. Every single one of them greets you with a genuine smile and a small chat. - Big and very clean room with a great fluffy bed, perfect shower, good AC and all amenities you would need. - Housekeeping staff (in our case Ana/Fiki) goes above and beyond to keep your room tidy every single day. The hotel is spick and span. - Chef helping my wife at the saturday night grill, explaining all the veggie dishes and making a special veggie pasta to make her happy. - Never seen such an extensive buffet breakfast with a lot of western options. All coffees are possible and made with a smile. - Large pool and very well equipped gym. Both areas are very clean at all times. - Helpful reception and door staff. Overall a great 4 night experience thanks to ALL the staff!

I loved it. The stuff was super friendly, and they all speak english. The rooms are also very nice. They all have AC and a ceiling fan! You can also eat at the hotel, super tasty!

Some rooms feature a seating area to relax with views of the city. The private bathroom comes with hot and cold shower. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

The staff were so friendly and attentive, the food was exceptional and the location was perfect.

It felt like stepping into a scene from a movie, truly a wonderful experience. The staff were very kind, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. Next time, I plan to stay in Banyuwangi a bit longer, and I’ll definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you!

As usual with Alila Hotels there’s an attention to details and design. In Solo, even if the room is slightly smaller than my previous stay in Alia SCBD, the modern design and details are still there. Love it
