She is a very warm, welcoming, informative, and hands down, amazing host! You could see and feel the care given in the decor and atmosphere of this place! I loved my room it was a good mix of old antique charm and modern comfort! I had a view out the back garden. I could open the window and hear the mornings come to life! I felt the Irish charm here for sure!

Boasting picturesque views of the Wicklow Mountains, Birchdale House is nestled in the rural setting of Greenan, 5 minutes’ drive from Rathdrum. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi, a guest lounge with board games and a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Sky channels. The room was incredibly clean. The location was superb, the breakfast was good. I also liked the outdoor 'bar' - it doesn't operate as a bar but it has the set up where tourist can enjoy a drink before hitting the bed. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure
