This is the NICEST “hostel” properties I’ve ever stayed at in all my travels!! Every detail is perfect! Exquisitely clean, well equipped, laundry, wonderful breakfast, plentiful WC ratio per guest, two kitchenettes, comfy beds, and excellent views!! My only regret is that I could not stay longer!

There is also a nice restaurant at the place with great food. Loved the greenhouse with the swimming pool. A big plus, the two dogs and the parrot that are at the place ❤

The answer is yes, I would. In fact I would be happy to live in such a place as Drangnes. It is also an excellent place to continue a visit into the Western fjords.

It's also close by car or an extended easy walk to Kirkjufell Mountain. The surrounding mountains are beautiful. Our guest room was spacious, nicely appointed, and immaculately clean.
