The beds were very comfortable as well. The hosts were really welcoming and polite, as well as helpful. Even though there was a common space with kitchen in the "hall", it was really quiet and we appreciated it. If you consider the price, then it is a no brainer. There was no dedicated parking, but we found free public parking nearby relatively easily. There was even paid public parking places close by too. Not sure how difficult it might be in high season, but for our stay was quite easy.
