Albergo del Duca offers rooms with free WiFi throughout in Como, 250 metres from Piazza Cavour square. The on-site restaurant serves local cuisine. Central location, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from the ferries. Very clean, comfortable, AC worked very well. Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

The building is old and charming, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is amazing, extremely polite and sweet young people, who speak great English. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, everything we tried was amazing, the service was great. We cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Alessia's Place is situated in the city centre of Como, 300 metres from Lake Como. Cable Car Como-Brunate is 800 metres from the property, while Como Train Station is 600 metres away. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience and we did!
