Whether from our balcony, the restaurant, the terraces, the heated infinity pool, the hot tubs, the view was exceptional and spell-binding. We enjoyed the check out time of 12.00noon and the ability to use the facilities until 6.00pm. The breakfast offered a vast choice of continental options and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

Breakfast each morning comes with cappuccino or coffee howcee you like it, AMAZING cakes with fresh fruit and homemade jam from the garden, eggs and bacon made fresh, and breads, yogurts, and pickled vegetables. Everything is made with care and love and the cake selection changes every day! Stefania takes the time each day to give you advice on your plans and help make dinner reservations at wonderful places. I am a big vacation planner myself but just tossed my plans out the window to listen to Stefanie because she never steered us wrong with an activity or restaurant. She really knows the area and made our trip so much better! We stayed three nights and I wish we had stayed longer. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants but out in wine country to give you peace from the city center. Ebikes on site to rent directly from Stefania. To be totally honest, everything was perfect. We already want to come back to stay here!

Good location in calme but close to Iseo city. Very nice inside court and the big terrace is juste excellent. The room was very nice and confortable we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent as well in the same authentic ambiance. We think to come back another time for a longer stay.

Katia helps a lot and also gave us some tips where to go for wine tasting, restaurants, taxi, etc. Definitely will come back next time we visit the Franciacorta region :).
