He went out of his way to help us with an issue on Booking.com, He helped us with our luggage upon arrival, held our luggage, and escorted us to the port of Lipari when we were ready to leave, providing assistance once again. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

The centre of Lipari Town and Portinenti beach are approximately a 5-minute walk away. This place was very clean, super friendly and helpful staff and the location very good. Will definitely suggest it. Great and keep it up.

The location was very good,the pool wonderful and breakfast delicious. Then main thing was the staff,all spoke English very well and were all very knowledgeable about the area and what to do.
