We had to leave at 4.00am to catch a flight. We were kindly given a tray of breakfast in our room the night before. There was a lovely roof terrace off our room with really comfortable seating that we were not expecting. The girl who greeted us and looked after us was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel in the heart of Volterra. It is located perfectly. Very clean rooms and with a superb breakfast. The staff is very kind.

Five Roses Bed & Breakfast is located an historical building in Pisa, a 5-minute walk from the train station. WiFi is free throughout. ホテルの内装は写真の通りで、上品なデコレーションで彩られており、気分よく泊まれる。 翌日に行きたかったピサの斜塔入場券が予約できないまま到着したが、聡明なホストのマダムに相談したら予約を手伝ってくれて、無事観光できた。とても感謝。 駅周辺のホテルはもう少し安いけどレビューあまりよくなかったのでこちらにしたが、大正解だった。 もしピサに再来することがあれば、次回もここに泊まりたい。

First thing what comes to my mind is the stuff. All were really pleasant and helpful but I would like to honor Valentino. He was the most fantastic stuff member we met in our entire trip. Helpful, dedicated to his work, extremely nice and always smiling! This guy really deserves a rise and I’m telling this because I used to be a waiter/bartender few years back and I know this job from “the sheets” and how challenging this job can be.

A perfect accomodation in beautiful Tuscany for our family with 2 kids and a dog. The dog was very happy with a big safe yard. The pool is amazing, opened day and night. Davide is a great host, we recieved a gift from him, a jam of honey. Coffe in our room in the morning. Only good words about everything.
