The building was restored preserving the unique period architecture. All rooms feature wooden beams on the ceilings and original parquet floors. Calm and beautiful surroundings. Stunning old Villa. Our kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a typically Italian breakfast with lots sweet choices. We would have preferred less sugary things and more salty foods and a wholegrain bread.

The room was clean, the towels were soft and clean, the bed was nice , the staff members were nice. WiFi was good too. So here we could feel comfort and in addition we felt the Italian style . we liked everything,

The place is beautifully restored, and surrounded by lush greenery, with a stream passing right beside the rooms. The room was very comfortable, light and airy, and designed in a modern take on the traditional, in keeping with the history of the Mill. Riccardo and his family were friendly without being intrusive, and very attentive to detail. For example, Riccardo noticed I removed the cream from a croissant at breakfast (I prefer plain croissants). The subsequent days, he made sure there was a fresh plain croissant for me. The location was excellent, as it was close to the town and other activities we decided to do. Parking was available on site, and since only 2 rooms are available, it was quiet and serene. Also, a lovely walk along the stream was an excellent way to start or end the days. We don't usually go back to the same place when we travel, but this is one we will definitely return to!
