We got such a thorough introduction to the city and they were able to get us a last minute reservation for a tea ceremony (Shout out to Raquel at reception). The room and bed were very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is great and the downstairs bar has a very nice ambiance. We had a great stay, the best of our trip, highly recommend!

We had room with private Onsen on the balcony but also used private onsen on 6th floor which is bigger. Staff were amazing. Great food as well.

The staff were exceptional, the facilities and the room were clean, cosy and comfortable. The food was great and service was beyond our expectations. The onsen was particularly enjoyable. The best hotel during our whole trip in Japan! By far the best, location is amazing, rooms overlooking Fuji are amazing, extremely spacious rooms. The dinner and breakfast services were outstanding, we got the French menu for dinner and it was a luxury meal by all means. Staff are super friendly and welcoming
