Great location, close to the slopes and a couple of bars that the local lifties and ski instructors hang out at after work-was an awesome experience to get to meet people from all over the world who came here for a job!

Our host Nanjo was so lovely and gave us hiking maps and drove us to the start of hikes and upgraded our room. Service was amazing- like nothing I have ever experienced before. The indoor / outdoor onsen was a treat and the whole experience was wonderful

Simple but very homely place, spacious room and great value for money overall with a great onsen to relax in. Kindly upgraded our room and explained everything about lift passes and the shuttle. Fun and comprehensive breakfast options!

Good location, walking distance to echoland, hakuba 47, and bus stops. Lovely little house for our holiday was great for relaxing after a day of snowboarding.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Soyokaze, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our host Takao was so friendly and really helpful, he booked local restaurants for us and even gave us a lift to the slopes on our first day. The best part was the private onsen which looks out on a little garden - we relaxed in there every evening after skiing and it was so good for the muscles! We had breakfast at the hotel every morning too and it was good. If (when!) we come back to Hakuba we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location in Eccoland Taka and his lovely wife, Nao, were warm and welcoming, generously picked us up from the station. Spacious room with two types of pillows provided. Very inviting and relaxing shared private bath. Just need to book a time! Could purchase lift passes at hotel ( reduced rate ). So convenient. Lovely log fire in cosy lounge for apres ski recovery. Would stay again.

The family are wonderful !!! so so sweet and attentive beyond belief. They made our stay the best experience we had at a hotel in years. The breakfast was out of this world and was perfect fuel for a day in the mountains!! The hotel bath was lovely to relax in at the end of the day. The bar area is beautiful - sunken bar is lush.
