The bungalow is perfectly equipped, breakfast on the terrace is perfect, you can order any other food during the day and they will bring it to you. The transfer from the airport was punctual and fast, the tuktuk driver Sokkhen was nice and helpful during the day when he took us around the temples of Angkor for a great price. The private pool at the bungalow was beautifully clean, the ladies at the reception were very helpful and beautiful. No noise disturbed us, we thoroughly enjoyed this short stay and we would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.

We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. Nice environment with Beautiful garden and pool. The room was very big and clean and the location very central, a few minutes by foot to the center of Siem Reap.

We set this idea in order to support our local people to have a job. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room, facilities, food and service were all exellent. Staff were very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Location was a little bit far to the main City ( Pub Street) and a crowded places.

The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food too, and a pool to relax and enjoy the peace of this place. “The Urban” just feels like home to us. Definitely will come back here!
