Hidden Gem in Kandy I was impressed by the view from the Property's balcony. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely visiting again.

Great views of Kandy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was like having a personal chef and driver , nothing was any trouble.

36 Bed & Breakfast is located just 600 metres from the famous Kandy Museum and 700 metres from the sacred Sri Dalada Maligawa. Free WiFi access is available. This place is set just atop the city of Kandy. An easy 8 minutes ride to the city centre, but without all the hustle and bustle. Sit on the balcony, and byo your own bottle of wine. The two young lads staffing the home are absolutely awesome. They are respectful of your privacy, but always helpful and kind. Those two lads made it a really really exceptional stay for us. Delicious authentic breakfast, clean rooms, great view, and peaceful.

Green View Holiday Resort has a variety of rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Free WiFi is available in the resort’s common areas. Facilities include an outdoor pool and restaurant. Very great place to relax, a bit far from the town, but definitely worth it, food was also good. Good value for money.

This homestay is located in a hilltop. The room is spacious clean and overlooking luscious green trees. The hosts were very friendly, would go over and above to make the guests feel homely and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in the hills just outside Kandy. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, with stunning views over a forest valley — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The house itself is modern, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the warmth of the couple who own it. From the first moment, they made me feel truly at home — more like a guest in their home than a customer. In the morning they prepared a delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. One of the highlights was the coconut rotti — absolutely incredible — along with fresh fruit and other traditional dishes. You could really taste the care they put into everything. They also went out of their way to help me when the airline delayed my baggage. They followed up and made sure it arrived safely at the house, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Kandy and looking for a quiet, authentic place with genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Sanatha Suwaya is set in Kandy in the Kandy District Region, 1.6 km from Kandy Royal Botanical Gardens. Ceylon Tea Museum is 2.9 km away. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s located on top of a hill which gives you an amazing view and the architecture of this hotel makes it even more awesome. I was too lazy to attend the morning yoga and meditation but if I had more time, I would definitely go. Breakfast was nice, too. Super healthy with mostly tropical fruits, egg, butter, and jelly. Krishan and Michael, were super duper helpful and nice.
