Thomas and his staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is right on the main road, but the ocean waves drown out the traffic noise. Each room faces the ocean with a balcony to enjoy views. Beach loungers are a perfect place to spend your day. Talalla beach is a special place, not overdeveloped. Great mix of locals and tourists. The far right side of the beach has calm water for swimming. Thomas is not only a welcoming host, he is an excellent cook. Do not miss enjoying his delightful dinners. We only stayed 1 night, and wish we had stayed far longer.

Located in Mirissa, 60 metres from Mirissa Beach, Thusara Guesthouse offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a garden. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine, and free private parking is available. We had a pleasant stay at Thusara, Rohan and his family are so hospitable, nice little house with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. The guest house is super clean and the family always make sure to help you and provide you with tips, information about transport and more. We highly recommend staying at Thusara. Location is great, a bit away from the beach busy life but so close to everything at the same time. Loads of restaurants, bars and cafe around. Thank you Rohana and Inoka :)

Really good value for money, one of the better places we have stayed in Sri Lanka! Would recommend

Free WiFi access is available. Everything. The location was nice, close to beach and town. Located in the alley, so you can have a quiet stay if you want. The interior design was super cute and modern, with a nice and spacious balcony. It was the most cleanest and best accommodation in my 18 days travel in Sri Lanka. The team were amazing and welcoming. The breakfast is a must-try. They changed menu everyday with 3 types of options! I enjoyed a lot staying with Oltremare. Most importantly, I felt safe for the first 2 days when it was by myself as a female travelers.

Very nice hotel located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center. The room is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom and has everything you need. Breakfast is very good and varied. However, the person who makes the stay there special is the owner, who is very kind and helpful. He recommended where to eat, how to get to different places, as well as agreed to early check-in and late check-out, for which we are very grateful. The price of the room is a bit higher compared to other accommodations we have used, but it is very visible in the standard and worth the price. We highly recommend it!

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. Peaceful views from the balcony. It was so nice waking up and enjoying the views with a yummy breakfast. Short distance from town. Can hire tuk tuk or rent a bike from here.

The property is around 29 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium, 29 km from Galle Fort and 29 km from Dutch Church Galle. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. After staying at a few hotels in Sri Lanka, this is definitely our favorite one. The owners are the friendliest people, they went above and beyond to help us with different requests and make our stay feel like home. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed including strong AC and a safe box. The hotel also has a shared kitchen where we were able to heat up leftovers. Cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be coming back!
