Located in Udawalawe, NATURE HOUSE offers rustic accommodation with free WiFi access available at all areas. Rooms are comfortable, clean and fitted with a spacious private terrace. We were very happy with this accommodation, everything from staff to food and facilities.

The lake offers a lovely vista and ambience. The owners themselves were very attentive without becoming overbearing. They let us use the canoe, showed us how to collect fishing nets from the lake and made one of the best meals we had during our trip. We also booked a safari with the owner, that we can definitely recommend. He was very respectful of the animals and kept away from larger crowds. Overall a great experience.

Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, green view safari resort is located 8 km from Udawalawe National Park. An incredible stay! The owners are so kind, the rooms are lovely, comfortable and spacious. Safari was breathtaking and breakfast afterwards was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very quiet, huge room, AC available. The host is very friendly and will organize safaris, breakfast, dinner and about anything you can ask for. Price is astonishing for the value you get.

This was the most unique stay ever! The treehouse is amazing! Sitting on the balcony watching the birds was so relaxing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, arranging us our safari and onward taxi. The Sri Lankan curry and breakfast were the best we had!

Steps from Udawalawe National Park, Kottawatta Village offers a peaceful and scenic getaway from the city and night camping. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I even left my headphones in the room and the staff found them and organised a taxi to come and drop them off for me. Classy stuff. The room and location were lovely, super clean and we loved the pool. Breakfast and dinner were decent and everything was done with a smile. Highly recommend and the price is great!

Spread across 5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, Kalu’s Hideaway Udawalawe is a perfect spot for a relaxed family getaway. This is really a magical gem well suited if going to Udawalawe. We really enjoyed it here.
