3-star Villa Joma hotel is located in an early 20th century building in the heart of Jurmala, on the main promenade, only a 5-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes drive from Dzintari Concert Hall. There is a parking lot, even though villa is situated on the main street and close to the beach.

The highlights included the friendly and accommodating staff, the peaceful park and lake just out the back, and our spacious, spotless room. But most of all, we enjoyed the dinners at the hotel’s own restaurant. I had the duck breast, served with a port wine reduction, broccoli purée, and chickpeas—a great combination. My husband chose the halibut, which came with sweet, delicate mussels, spinach, crab, and perfectly seared cherry tomatoes. Every bite was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the meal so much that the next evening, we ordered the same dishes—but swapped plates to try what the other had the night before!

Great place, just a couple of minutes away from the beach of Saulkrasti, very calm location! Well equipped, clean holiday home, excellent for families. The host was very helpful, our stay was absolutely comfortable.
