The riad is well located near the blue gate and great restaurants / shops / ATMs. Staff (Hinde and Ahmed) is very attentive and helpful, Ahmed helped us pack breakfasts as we needed to check out in early morning. Marrakesh room is great for family.

Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. Lovely place within the Medina. Friendly staff who go the extra mile - thank you to Hamza and Mamadou who made our stay special - they work extremely hard! Beautiful, serene Riad with roof top views across the Medina. We also went to the spa and tried a traditional Hammam - it’s not for the faint hearted!

The best thing about this Riad is the people. The staff is great. I got sick while I was staying there and one of the staff brought me medicine, a bottle of water and some grapes. The breakfast looked pretty good but I wasn't able to enjoy it being sick. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the entire place was very clean.

Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Really amazing place to stay in. We stayed there in August, so it was pretty hot. But the patio with the pool was wonderful during the day to sit, relax, play and cool off. The Riad also was perfect to explore the Medina. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. We were really sad, that we only had four days in Fez and in the Riad.
