The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

Best water pressure in the shower ever. A very nice touch was when you went to eat in the restaurant, they asked which country you are from and then put a little flag on your table The buffet breakfast was amazing with a vast and fresh selection- most times my main meal of the day!! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Each air-conditioned room at Casa Tia Micha has modern décor. All rooms have flat-screen cable TV and a minibar. I loved the historical feel about the hotel and actually Valladolid itself. The staff were amazing.....very attentive and friendly. My suite was I believe Ana Maria..... exactly like the photo.....very spacious room....if you like modern then it's not for you ...if you want to feel like your going back in time then its for you. The bathroom functioned well.....coffee facilities and refrigerator was great. Not far to walk from the ADO bus station.....great location....I walked around and found myself in some great local spots. Breakfast was lovely.....a must try Mexican Coffee really tasty. I choose half board so dinner was included.....really nice touch.

The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. The service was exceptional, the receptionist was amazing. Comfortable, warm. Reasonably priced. Will be back!

This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. The El Meco Mayan Ruins is 7 miles from the hotel. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

The staff were incredibly helpful, really going out of their way for us, not just in providing advice and booking tours but helping trouble shoot issues with recovery of our laundry from a local business when we ran into issues as we were leaving. The property was beautiful, quiet and in a great location. They let us store our bags after we checked out. Excellent value for money overall.
