Staff exceptional in service. I was surprised that the hotel took such care to protect the environment. People could enjoy the sounds, smells of the forest. And it didn’t feel like we interfered too much on the life of the communities.

Check in was seem less but the distance from the lobby to the room is quite a distance but the concierge will help you to carry your bags. The room was big and perfect and all amenities was provided as well. The breakfast was nice and multiple choice of foods and drinks. We had to travel to Sibu so we didn't have time to see all the amenities.
