I don't think I've ever stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The pool area is so peaceful, you can enjoy and relax with a view on the twin towers. It's so quiet as well you forget you're in the city. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were very clean, the amenities offered in the room high end and the mattress and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was lavish and variate.

The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

We came from Sabah, but they also trying their best to understand our “baku” language. One of the receptionist Ms Zahrah, is nice , i like the way she treat all the guest! If i got a chance to come back to Bangi, will definitely checkin back to this hotel!! Lurve it 👍
