Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the little street the hotel is at was very quiet (during the week that was). The room had a little box with funny faces to make fotos with. Super fun and was good for a real good laugh. The personal note in the room was felt special and showed dedication and appreciation for the guests. Well done for an outstanding Customer Experience.

The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful at all times. They even sent an item we had left in the room to a location where I could pick it up.
