The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, from warm pastries and eggs to fresh fruit and great coffee. It really exceeded our expectations. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to the slopes, with stunning mountain views all around. It felt peaceful yet incredibly convenient. We loved being able to wake up, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and head straight out to ski. Truly a wonderful experience!

The villa is conveniently situated near the Ustron Brzegi train stop, just about a kilometer away from the city center where you'll find restaurants. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk from the city center to reach the villa, or you can easily hail a taxi. The staff at the hotel are more than willing to assist you in arranging transportation, whether it's to the nearby mountains or for a pickup from the villa. It's worth noting that while the staff may not speak English fluently, they are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our stay.

Cette maison d'hôtes dispose d'un jacuzzi, d'un sauna et d'un restaurant. very clean and neat, very friendly staff especially the girls in the restaurant (exceeding expectation in customer service, especially that we do not eat meat and travelled with a fussy toddler). Beautiful views, located in a quiet are, not far from the centre. Nice outdoor area with playground too.

L’établissement Willa pod Czantorią SPA Ustroń se trouve à Ustroń (Silesie), à 45 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : TwinPigs. Very nice accomodation - spacious, cozy and very clean with a door between the two rooms which is practical when traveling with the kids. There were comfy beds and pillows, lovely shower with a solid water pressure and constant temperature, and kids loved the garden with a playground and a trampoline. The balcony with a mountain view on one side and a garden terrace on another side gave us plenty of options to enjoy both the morning and the evening sun. We had nice weather, so the indoor playroom was not used much, but it was still great that so much space was devoted to keeping your kids happy even when indoors. Good parking, good wifi, and the hosts were nice and helpful. I think this was one of the best places we have stayed in.

This place is absolutely magical, from the breath taking location to the extremely helpful, kind and polite staff. Everything about this place is perfect. The owners are putting their heart there as much as the hard work. Appreciated of that and breakfast are just very high standard, the amount but even more importantly the quality of many things home made plus gorgeous cakes served with smile and lots of attention to the details. There is a lovely swimming pool which makes huge difference to swim there watching the view of the mountains. I highly recommend this place for staying as individual customers but also to any events they do. Thank you so much to everybody who make my stay with my Mum who was in the wheelchair extremely helpful and relaxed. You are ALL AMAZING people!
