Guests can relax in the garden at the property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the welcome drink was a nice surprise. The style and interior decor is calm and there are nice touches such as an apple in the room when you arrive and free tea and coffee in the dining area. Breakfast was excellent.

The São Sebastião Metro Station is at the property's doorstep and the El Corte Inglés shopping centre is across the street. Great location, easy to get to from the airport by subway. Good price. Very friendly and helpful staff (we were recommended a good restaurant with local specialties). Beautiful and inviting decor. The breakfast room with a selection of fruit and homemade cake available to guests all day. Across the street from a nice shopping mall. Very comfortable bed and big, new towels. Nice selection of breakfast food.

This 5-star hotel has a chunk of the historical 14th century Muralha Fernandina, along with views over 17th century noble households. Excellent location for exploring all the sites in the historical part of Porto. Breakfast was good, Room was exceptionally roomy and comfortable. Appreciated v much the upgrade. Service was great.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. This boutique hotel combines modern comfort with a classic atmosphere. An incredibly generous hotel. We arrived and were offered wine, cheese and bread (help ourselves from the cellar), natas and cherry brandy at reception. The staff were kind, thoughtful, funny, intelligent. Breakfast was out of this world and the hotel is glorious in its decoration and furnishings.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The comfortable rooms feature a rainfall shower, free toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning, desk and a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi is available and the cosy terrace outside is ideal for warm evenings. Some of the rooms offer a view overlooking the garden. The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

Breakfast is included in the rate and served at the Infame Restaurant which offers a Portuguese-base kitchen with multicultural influences. Guests are welcome to relax at the hotel’s bar which features unique pieces and a welcoming ambience. The Intendente neighbourhood offers a variety of cafés, restaurants and bars with live music. Excellent breakfast; very comfortable beds. We loved the artwork throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Very good location and close to Metro station

Lazaro Lisboa for a week, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts were delicious and well-prepared. The rooms were spacious, modern, and provided a high level of comfort. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations and was far better than other hotels we’ve stayed at. We highly recommend OnJ S. Lazaro Lisboa for anyone visiting Lisbon – it’s a gem!

Tesouro da Baixa offers air-conditioned double rooms, twin rooms and suites, all fitted with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a coffee machine. For guests’ convenience, each room includes a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. I can not compliment this establishment enough! The staff are exceptional - so friendly and helpful. It felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was so lovely and there was a lot to choose from. Our air-conditioning did not work during our stay, but everything else made up for it. Well done, Shiadu!

Inspired by the life and work of Fernando Pessoa, Lisboa Pessoa Hotel is located in the centre of Lisbon, 200 metres from Chiado. The Hotel features a restaurant with panoramic views, a SPA (for guests aged 16 and over) and fitness centre, meeting facilities and a library. Free WiFi and paid private parking are available. This is our second time at this hotel. We love everything about it but specially the staff. Yasoja gets a special mention. He remembered us from two years ago, with his warm friendly greeting. It's go to in Lisbon definitely.
