The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, for some reason our room was upgraded free of charge upon our arrival. Breakfast was tasty and a lot. It 's about a twenty-minute walk or a few bus stops from the city centre.

There were snacks with tea and coffee available throughout the day in the breakfast area. The room was cleaned every day, including the bathroom and the floor of the room. Every day we were also left snacks like cookies and sweets in our room, as well as water. The walls are extremely well sound isolated, so there was no noise from the neighbouring rooms. The property is located right next to the subway station Sao Sebastiao, so it's very convenient to reach it from the airport. The breakfast options were simple but more than satisfactory.

Friendly, awesome staff, great food and nice rooms with a comfortable bed. Great location to explore the whole of Lisbon!

The hotel is very flexible with check out times, which is handy for people like us who stayed out late the night before in Bairro Alto. Everyday when we came back after a long day in Lisbon the room was perfectly cleaned, organized and stocked with fresh towels.
