The residence was more than wonderful. We were surprised by the benefits of the hotel and from the polite staff that was all the time ready to help you with everything. Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest.

All rooms feature free wireless internet, individually controlled air-conditioning, minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Guests have free access to the Health Club, including a fitness center and a sauna. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was big, clean and comfortable, and the location was close to everything I needed (airport, mall ...). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, location is good. Walking distance is around 30 minutes from old town. Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good, variety of meals.

We choose this hotel repeatedly due to the good location, enough parking places, nice and comfortable rooms, cleaniness, nice out- and indoor swimmingpools and big gym. Breakfasts are fabulous and we were even offered gluten free bread.

Bathrooms also include an electronic bidet. I am glad I booked Hotel Cristina Plus. It was modern, clean and hassle free. Communication with management was perfect. Self Check in was easy. The building is new, 3 floors and has an elevator. Coffee provided and has a refrigerator for your convenience. I booked room 7, and it had a great sauna and jacuzzi, Loved it. Parking around the Hotel and it cost about 5 Ron an hour. Mega Image and a Market just around the corner. Highly recommend it.

Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with cable TV and a refrigerator. The private bathrooms feature a shower cabin, some of them are available from the corridor. The room exceeded expectations. Very comfortable matrasse, private parking right outside the window. Even though the motel was on the highway, there was no noise during the night with closed windows. A/c ok. The receptionist was very helpful and suggested places to eat nearby. Very pleasant stay.
