The hotel has 484 well-appointed rooms and luxury suites majority of them are facing the Holy Haram featuring 47” screen smart LCD. All the suites and guest rooms are fitted with speakers with individual control to hear Azan from the Haram. I have tried multiple hotels around the Haram, and this is the only hotel that I happily stayed in twice. I can confidently say that it is a perfect place to stay in. Starting with the reception staff who are always kind and welcoming, and special thanks to Mr. Mshari Al-Rhaili who treated us with unparalleled kindness and care. Moving to the restaurant starf who are also very helpful and would happily assist you without even asking for their help, in addition to a great variety of food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lastly, the place of the hotel and the distance to AlHaram is perfect and extremely near. A perfect stay, very happy to recommend it.

The sauna, located on the 18th floor, was particularly spacious and offered a magnificent view, which I greatly appreciated. The tour of Al-Balad with the hotel staffs Abdullah Barabbaa, Adel Khalil, and Sereen Alamoudi was a great surprise; I learned a lot about the culture and heritage. I thank all the hotel staff.
