Guest Relations stood out with their thoughtful, non-intrusive support and personalized care. The culinary offerings were diverse, delicious, and thoughtfully presented — always fresh and satisfying. Entertainment was vibrant and inclusive for all ages, truly embodying family-friendly hospitality. The private beach, accessible via a direct tunnel, was well-serviced and peaceful, completing the perfect stay with sunbeds, towels, and refreshments provided with the same excellence found across the resort. Area for Improvement: To further enhance guest satisfaction, it would be great to see the inclusion of lactose-free milk and decaffeinated coffee options, especially during breakfast and afternoon service.

Akra Antalya is located on the seafront, this 5-star hotel is set in the city centre where you can enjoy the lively streets of the city accompanied by the calm and warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean landscape. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Really like the fact that there are so many pools and the beach area is very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient.

Perfect staff, everyone is so hospitable and nice, any problem I had they were ready to solve.

It's a top-class resort. We enjoyed the rooms, the pool, the beach, the night show. The food was beautifully displayed with every choice you could imagine. Service and staff are excellent. Featuring a private beach on the Mediterranean Sea in Belek, the 5-star Bellis Hotel is set in a large estate surrounded by pine trees with 5 outdoor pools, an aqua park and an indoor pool. After a workout at the fitness centre, guests can relax at the Turkish bath or sauna. free minibar! very good room cleaning service, food was good, near to the beach and the beach is sandy, you don't need watershoes, unless you want to play volleyball, in beachfront there are sand and little rock mixed. Tasty capuccino in lobbybar and Cafe :) Reception were helpful and friendly. Bed were comfortable and with normal blankets :P in Camelia garden.

The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We had an outstanding stay at Lantana Aparts with our 3 year old daughter. The view from the very well equipped, modern, comfortable and super clean sea view apartments is stunning - we loved it! The kitchen is nice to prepare smaller meals but many restaurants and the cut Center are close (5mins max). The owner and the whole crew are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was served in a nice and inviting outdoor area with local specialties - we looked forward to it every morning. The location was perfect for us as is was close to the Center, a small beach is within 5 mins walking, and you can do hikes to closely other beaches and villages directly from there. We enjoyed the quiet location but central location (with parking options) and the magnificent view. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely. We can fully recommend this gem!
