Featuring an inviting outdoor seasonal pool, Hualien Farglory Hotel has luxurious, air-conditioned rooms with a balcony offering mountain or sea views. Everything was super nice, from the welcoming staff who were very polite and professional, the room was ultra clean with brand news equipments. We would recommend the food as well with the very generous diner buffet offering a lot of choices and a good quality. The view from the hotel is stunning, there is a nice free spa, we spend 24h in a dream place ! Everything is exactly as shown on the website photos ! We will definitely come back !

Set in Hualien City, 1.8 km from Dongdamen Night Market, Angel Wings Inn features free WiFi access and free private parking. Everything. It’s beautifully decorated with a bit of geekiness. ;) The owner was extremely helpful with everything despite a bit of language barrier.

Set in Hualien City, 10 minutes' walk from Hualien Railway Station, Aria 2 Home offers cosy guest rooms. The homestay has a sun terrace with views of the mountain. I chose the accommodation for proximity to the station, and was very happy. Super friendly staff (although perhaps a tiny bit less info upon arrival might suit some guests who've had a long journey?), the room was eclectic as in the photos, and super comfortable. The breakfast was really good. It's clear that this place is run by people with a passion for hospitality, and it was appreciated.
